We are looking for an energetic professional with a strong public accounting (or related) background to learn the ropes of our business and join us in transforming stock-based compensation reporting and fair value services.

Description: 

Perform technical accounting GAAP research related to ASC 718, ASC 740, ASC 260, and ASC 805. Implement new equity compensation reporting projects, which includes understanding client needs, collaborating with the project team to develop a new reporting process, testing the results from the new process, and providing necessary support to clients to ensure a smooth transition to the new reporting process. Monitor ongoing financial reporting projects to ensure project objectives and timelines are being consistently achieved, client deliverables meet predetermined specifications, and clients are satisfied with services being provided. Review client deliverables or underlying programming logic and documentation used to create the deliverables as needed to test deliverable quality and ensure compliance with internal control requirements. Active participation in conference calls or client meetings to provide status updates, explain deliverables, and answer related equity compensation accounting questions. Document and communicate research findings. Assist senior team members in preparing for conference presentations and conducting post-conference follow-ups.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related & 3 years of experience in equity compensation accounting.
  • In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or economics & 5 five years of experience in equity compensation accounting.
  • Background check and cognitive ability testing required.
